One Busy Elf

Our Elf on the Shelf, Noodles, has been working his magic, talking with Santa and keeping the Luton kids on their toes for the last week!  Here's what our dear Noodles has been up to...

Day 9
Noodles was hiding in Brantley's boots when they got up that morning.  Silly elf...

Day 10
Noodles must've heard me talking about how yummy the new candy cane hershey kisses were, because the next morning, wefound him diving head first into the candy jar!

Day 11
I told the girls before Noodles arrived, that if there was one thing that elves didn't like, it's a dirty playroom.  Clearly, they did not heed my warning.  They left the playroom in a grand mess the other night, and when we all got up the next morning, we could see that Noodles was not pleased.  He let us know that he was on strike from his elf duties and fun until the playroom was clean!  Well, the message was received loud and clear, and the playroom was sparkling clean by the afternoon!

Day 12
I think Noodles was pleased that the girls listened to him and cleaned up, because the next day he brought quite a treat!  They made Christmas trees out of sugar ice cream cones, green frosting and candy.  They loved it!  And Noodles liked making snow angels in the sprinkles. :)

Brantley was very serious about her Christmas trees...

Grayson mainly just ate the frosting. :)

Day 13
Noodles was such a nice elf again, and brought Brantley, Grayson and Bennett Christmas coloring books and new crayons!  Though Bennett clearly can't color yet, Noodles told me that he would've felt awful if he hadn't brought Ben one too.  That is one thoughtful elf.

Day 14
That crazy elf was hanging from the dining room chandelier we woke up the other day.  He's a risk taker, that Noodles.

Day 15
And then yesterday morning, Noodles brought another fun surprise for the kids!  A felt Christmas tree with felt ornaments to stick on and redecorate.

Even a little note for them :)

Brantley woke me up at 6:30 in the morning to show me what Noodles had brought, and played with her tree over and over.  Good job, Noodles!

I can't wait to see what else Noodles has up his sleeves!

See the rest of Noodles hijinks here and here!
